Amathous Farms was founded on the desire to share our love of truly traditional Mediterranean food.
Based in beautiful Cyprus, we consider ourselves very lucky to have grown up experiencing the pleasure and joy of the gathering of family, friends, new acquaintances and also complete strangers, and sharing the delights and curiosities that make traditional Mediterranean foods so healthy and delicious.
As a native of the beautiful Island of Cyprus, our daily experience of enjoying foods and recipes passed down from generation to generation is something we took for granted.
Our passion is to keep alive the truly unique craftsmanship of real artisan products, by introducing those individual and small scale producers to new audiences.
At Amathous Farms we have dedicated many months sourcing and securing the best produce.
Every product has a story, it has a journey and people with real passion behind it. We continue to source new producers and pride ourselves of finding extremely limited quantity produce that reflects the true values of keeping traditions alive.

Panayiotis and his sister Maria are second generation honey makers. They are so passionate about producing the finest quality of honey that 250 days a year is spent in nature, travelling around Greece with their bee hives to create a genuine superfood in a jar.

We are proud to support Nicolas, an artisan baker who embraces traditional methods and materials to create a mouth watering French/Cypriot style sourdough bread in the village of 'Treis Elies'.
Nicolas bakes with his own wild yeast (rye sourdough) and spends 8 hours folding and fermenting the loaves.
Using a beautiful hand crafted classic stone oven, Nicolas bake the loaves to crispy perfection - nothing beats the smell of freshly baked bread.
His sourdough bread is not just healthy due to the slow fermentation, it's delicious.

Created in a beautiful traditional village in Nicosia called Askas, Stefanos is the creator of this collection of nut butters and spreads called 'Theopisti' - in honour of his mother.
The ethos of Theopisti is simple - 100% pure ingredients, locally sourced/grown, absolutely no additives.
Stefanos has crafted many of his own unique combinations using other delicious locally grown and harvested nut varieties, including the amazing 'Harmani' - a blend of pecans, almonds, hazelnut and walnuts - perfect on toast, or eaten straight from a spoon, its up to you.
